LG V20 Launched: Things You Need To Know, Pricing

LG V20 is officially launched and has some serious specifications. The device is a no joker and is for some heavy as well as power user. Like the previous LG V10, the LG V20 also stands out from other LG Smartphones.

So, let's have a look at some of the things you need to know about LG V20. The device has a aluminium body. According to GSMArena.com "LG says it opted for an aluminium AL6013 alloy, which is used to build airplanes and boats. The phone is as tough as V10 with MIL-STD-810 compliance for shock resistance".

LG V20 looks similar to LG V10 but with no modularity except removable chin, the device lets you remove the back cover and battery too.In the back, LG V20 has a fingerprint sensor, just below the camera.

The LG V20 has a 5.7-inch IPS unit of Quad HD resolution. It also comes with a secondary display, it is tad longer now and LG decided to double its brightness . The LG V20 is powered by a Snapdragon 820 chip with 4GB of RAM and expandable memory of 64GB. In the rear, the LG V20 has a 16MP camera with laser and phase detection autofocus with a secondary wide-angle 8MP fixed focus camera for 135-degree shots. This again another dual-camera smartphone this year.

According to GSMArena.com "The V20 also offers Steady Record 2.0 system for video capturing - the phone is the first to offer Qualcomm's proprietary (EIS) video stabilization based on gyroscopes. And it also offers image stream analysis (DIS) for tracking a moving object and stabilizing the video by the object's line of movement, along with minimizing the distortion". 
It has a 5MP front camera with f/1.9 lens but it can still take wide angle images or normal images.

LG V20 is also capable of capturing 24bit/48kHz audio along with its video which should record loud sound. LG V20 comes with four DACs for clear sound, 75-steps fine volume and L/R balance control. It supports playback and is B&O play-tuned. 

In the juice department, LG V20 has a removable bigger 3,200mAh battery with QuickCharge 3.0 support.
