Micromax Canvas A1 started receiving Lollipop 5.1 update

After waiting for long time Google has started rolling out Lollipop 5.1 updates to Micromax Canvas A1 and Spice Dream Uno. For past some days Micromax Canvas A1 started receiving Lollipop 5.1 .
The update has bought Stability, improved performance, bug fixes.



All of us are waiting for Google's New Material Design. Now at last the Android One devices has started receiving  Lollipop 5.1 update. There is no confirmed news for Karbonn users when will they get the Lollipop update, the company said "The update will be rolled out soon or within few days."

This is how the update notification will be -



Precautions while Updating your phone.You should have at least 600 MB free in your internal memory and above 80% charge. The only best protection is having backup of everything from Photos to apps and the one which you want the most.

1st download the OS (Preferable with Wi-Fi) then after it is downloaded the it will tell you to restart and install.

There may be lots of backup softwares, but a normal users can have a backup through Google. Google has backup of your Photos, contacts, Google+ photos etc. There are many ways to take a backup.

2) Cloud Backup
3) Backup through Software

The best and satisfying backup is ta have three of the above. But if you choose the manual one it is also good.

  • Connect your Phone to Computer.
  • Click on My Computers and Your Device.
  • To backup Camera photos Goto DCIM > Camera, select your photos and transfer it your computer
  • Transfer your songs and everything you want to have a backup.
Another is Cloud Backup, you have Google Backup with you and it is best to take more backups.

HTC One M9+ Available In Netherlands For Purchase

HTC One M9+ is now available for purchase in Netherlands, but although it looks like not official.

Netherland online retailer Belsimpel.nl. The phone is priced at €699 and HTC One M9+ is available in silver variant. HTC One M9+ has a 5.2-inch Super LCD3 display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It runs Android Lollipop skinned on top with HTC's Sense UI 7.0 . It is powered by 2.2GHz Octa-core processor with Mediatek MT6795T chipset. It packs 32GB internal memory with 3GB RAM and expandable memory via microSD .

It features 20MP and 2.1MP rear camera with autofocus, dual LED flash and 4MP front facing camera. It packs 2840mAh battery.
